Birthday

I got a wood-burning pen for my birthday. So far I am really good at writing my name in Harry Potter font. My next project is learning how to woodburn drawings of horses and coyotes and eagles.

Eva is also getting really good at sitting and sucking on apple slices.

Oh and also flying.

Baby Girl Eva

Here's a recap of Eva's life in pictures over the past few months

One of her favorite borrowed winter snow suits :)

Her first cafe rio experience

Trying to see whose eyes were bigger

being really cute

modeling her thigh highs

she sticks her tongue out at everyone and everything

Max, the dog at the local dog supply shop...even though we have no dogs

something constantly has to be in her mouth at all times

She got so so sick with RSV :(  This is her getting a nebulizer treatment

Getting ready for bath time!
Art and music. Beautiful.

And again, beautiful.

Dog Blog

We went here for my birthday weekend, hooray! George took 2 allergy pills before we went, and then he lasted exactly 1 and 1/2 hours inside. Just long enough. It was so super neat to see so many of one breed all in the same area. So many twins! Haha. But seriously. It rocked.

Sitting pretty

This one was my favorite! It was so funny and relaxed! You kinda had to be there because the picture doesn't do it any justice.

Yuck

I hate the new blogger. I just want my old template and layout back. Sigh.

Kissing

We can't stop kissing her and sometimes we even let her kiss us back.
And sometimes the only way she'll stop crying when she's resisting her nap is by laying in the football hold and becoming a sucker fish...resulting in the ensuing trauma on my arm.

How are these the same size?

Both of these pjs are Carter's, both 6 months, both the same style...

Swimming

Baby's first day at the pool! Negatives of living in a small town in georgia- all the pools are at least 30 minutes away. Yuck. But we went anyway, to a kid-friendly pool. Eva was taking it all in most of the time. I think she half-smiled once, and after about 20 minutes she had enough and started crying. So then i tricked her by putting on her fancy bathroom and then went back and sat in the shallow water with her (it had a beach type entrance). When she had enough of that we went in the locker room where she had her first shower - so many firsts! I can't wait until this summer when we get to swim in outdoor pools that aren't so far away.
